Alan Finnigan

Joint Owner / Director

Alan became co-owner of Sarivale in 2024, going into partnership with Kath Bigwood when the company's founder retired. His relationship with the business runs much further back than the buyout. Alan has been with Sarivale for more than fifteen years and has been responsible for the day-to-day running of the workshop throughout that time.

That long tenure means he knows every part of how Sarivale operates. Alan sits at the centre of the operational picture, holding together client liaison, purchasing, production planning, and team management. Every cabinet that leaves the workshop has usually passed through his hands at the final inspection and despatch stage, the same standard applied every time.

Kathryn Bigwood

Joint Owner / Director

Kathryn spent nine years at the heart of Sarivale, managing the company's finance and administration, before purchasing the business alongside her colleague Alan Finnigan when founder Richard Bishop retired in 2024. She continues to look after the numbers, ensure the business stays fully compliant, and supports the production team with recruitment and people management. It is the kind of role that rarely gets the spotlight, but nothing at Sarivale moves without it.
